1 • Shadow Play(VtM 3rd)
You can make the shadows look strange, it'll make you look meaner with that dark eerie shadowy facy body thingy going for ya. You can send shadows flying all over the place and scare the locals. One bloodpoint required.
2 • Shroud of Night(VtM 3rd)
Turns out the lights, even dulls sound. Yes, folks for one bloodpoint, you too can hide in the shadowy corners, spy on your friends, jump out and scare a Cardinal, use an area of darkness to blind the jerk off hunter that's trying to kill you. Don't forget you have CONCENTRATE. If ya don't, that hunter might just get ya. And try not to forget unless there's normal shadows around your play area...its gonna look real weird.
3 • Arms of the Abyss(VtM 3rd)
You can make solid tendrils of shadows. Handy for strangling that pesky mortal. Handy for tripping that pain in the Archbishop. Just remember to use Shroud of Night afterward. Even handy if you're too lazy to get up and get that bottle of Crown Royale across the bar. Yes, Black, I've been watching you. You start with a six foot tendril that'll grow another six feet for every attempt you have.
4 • Black Metamorphosis
You can change into some really weird shit with this. Think of a Picasso painting. You can look like a demon. Hell if I know what you're really suppose to look like. White Wolf used terms like bloodthirsty goddess for some, peculiar spactial distortions, and something about non-Euclidean angles. Whatever you're gonna look like, it's gonna be damn scary, alright.
5 • Tenebrous Form(VtM 3rd)
You run around as a shadow. Slip through itty bitty holes like the eye of a needle. You can slither like the blob. 3 bloodpoints and it takes 3 posts to do this. Gee, you can see in complete darkness too...well, duh, you are complete darkness.
Call the Thing in Darkness (Las Cbk Rev)
No real level. Uh...how the hell to explain this. Ummmm, Abyss creature that you can make that's gonna wanna do its' own thing. It can move independently of whoever made it come out and lasts for about an hour. You can repeat the ritual to get it to stay longer, though why you would want to, I don't know. If you get a bunch of successes, it'll hang around all night. You can even call it again the next night, and 3 successful attempts make it a permanent fixture in your unlife as long as you feed it (char's Obtene rating in bloodpoints). You can also suck it in yourself, but you gotta fight it first and defeat it. You gain the maximum non supernatural ability possible in all areas for the rest of the night. You also get the creature's derangement. If the creature wins, you're in deep shit cuz it can come back the next night and try to take ya over. If you lose to it 3 times, the creature gets to possess ya. Then some other dude who can do this ritual is gonna have to put you in torpor and redo this ritual. If you're lucky, you'll be dispossessed.
Descent Into Darkness (Las Cbk Rev)
No level. It takes an hour ritual, one blood point, a bit of Shadowstep and you're in Abyss. Like Psychic Projection. And don't forget to say hi to those nice, lovely, friendly little Abyss spirits. Maybe they'll even to try to take ya over just cuz they love ya so much. You'll beat Superman in the speed dept (or did he move faster than a thousand miles an hour?). You can spy into anywhere that's blacker than the pits of the hell. If ya lose all your blood points doing this, the Abyss tosses you out to the nearest dark spot. Just think you could end up in Bumfuck, Egypt.
6 • The Darkness Within (GS)(also Call the Lamprey in PGS)
You can get this darkness to pour out of your mouth and surround your best friend. Believe me, he'll (she'll) love ya for it. This dark thingy can drain the life force out of somebody. Their body will look like a piraha is biting em, lots of little bites all over the place. Ya can kill mortals but not vamps and you can't drain blood from a vamp either. But it'll still freak the vamp that gets to be chewed on. The darkness goes back to Las' mouth and ya get half the blood points. Concentration required and you can't do anything else sides this. Physical attacks against the Lamprey don't work but magical ones will.
6 • Eyes of the Night (PGS)
You can see in the darkness any other Las is conjuring up.
6 • Shadowstep (GS)
Walk in one shadow and out another up to 50 feet away. Hell, with transporters, walls are no barriers, drop through the floor. You even get to grab somebody and pulling em through the shadow. So that's how they pull a bunny out of a top hat.
7 • Shadow Twin (GS) (also Shadow Slave in PGS)
You can make a twin, even make it kinda smart and you're lucky it'll never get smarter than you. You can even give someone else a twin. You lose your shadow of course or they'll lose theirs. This thing'll have half your Attributes and Abilities. The twin will have Obtene half that of its daddy. It can separate from daddy and go up 50 feet away. (They are always so eager to leave home. But what can ya do?). If it gets killed, you get to be freaked by something called Rotschreck. (Who makes up these words?). One blood point.
8 • Dark Hunter (LS1)
This shadow will look just like you even look like its wearing the same clothes. You have to give it a quarry or it'll hang around and do absolutely nothing. But once you give it a target, come hell or high water, this Hunter will track his quarry. It only rests in the day. The rest of the time, it'll be after somebody's ass. It can hunt and kill or kidnap whoever its after. If the kidnapping option is used, the victim better hope that the Las who wants his ass ISN'T far away. Cuz the Hunter can't transport itself home by shadow. Which would really suck for the victim getting his ass dragged 20 bejillion miles by a freaking shadow. Once its' mission is done, its gone. Good help never does stay around. Just remember its a hungry bastard so ya gotta feed it 5 blood points when ya summon it. To get it to remember who it is suppose to nail, you have to give something to it that belongs to the victim. Sorta like a bloodhound. Some Las are even cool enough to see through their Hunter's eyes, and the really cool ones can make it talk, course it sounds exactly like them too. Who would of figured? I heard the Old Man himself even tried to send some of these suckers after Caine. So watch out for any wild Hunters. Heard they were mad...like crazy...
8 • Master of the Night (PGS)
Ya get 3 or fewer loyal shadowy type servants, they be solid too. Which it'll make it handy for waiting on you hand and foot. Unless they are destroyed in battle, or something nasty like that. Expensive puppies cost 5 blood points EACH. Spill the blood on the ground and the shade 'll pop up and guzzle it. These guys can do the running thing, I think called Celerity at 1, the hiding thing otherwise known as Obsfuscaet at 2, and Obtene 3.
8 • Oubliette (GS) (also Entombment in PGS)
Seal up your friends, your family, that annoying dog that always barks at 6 am just when you're trying to get some sleep. You got this thing of pure darkness going, no air either. Light don't even affect it except for the sun of course. Which is something you don't want to happen if you're a vamp trapped in one, cuz your luckless ass can't use disciplines or do anything unless the Las lets you go. No trying to do two Oublie thingys at time cuz it won't work.
9 • Ahriman's Demesne (GS) (also Summon the Abyss in PGS)
The massive HUGE dark thing comes out of a Las' hand and takes anybody clueless enough to get in its way. Ya wanna be standing outside that 50 foot radius or it'll destroy ya, mortal and vamp alike. There won't be a trace of your ass when it disappears.
9 • Tchernabog (LS1)
Oh, hell, who could figured you could block out the sky. Good for those mornings you're a little late in getting back to your haven. Everything in the sky disappears from horizon to horizon. There's about 3 Las that can do this. Piece of advise, bug Lasombra, even Montano, or this dude formly known as Boukephos, (no relation to formerly known as Prince). They'll be more than happy to teach every last Neonate and Fledgling out there. THINK ABOUT IT. Lasts an hour and costs 2 blood points. Amaze your buddies and walk around under the midday sun.
10 • Banishment (PGS)
Send somebody to the Abyss permanently if you're Lasombra, the 3rd gen one.
You can make the shadows look strange, it'll make you look meaner with that dark eerie shadowy facy body thingy going for ya. You can send shadows flying all over the place and scare the locals. One bloodpoint required.
