It was a cold night, the swift breeze rushed passed the young Assamite as he stood on a rooftop in Munich. He had been sent an assassination contract from a higher ranked Assamite tonight. He was observing the man's movements currently and would kill him if he saw the opportunity.
Why would I be sent after a human? A human which seems fairly mediocre at that.
He looked through the window where the man was and saw a small journal with blood drippings on it. Altair's eyes widened, could it be the journal of a careless vampire or someone plotting on breaking the masquerade? Whatever it was, there was no time to waste. He would have to assassinate this man tonight.
He jumped onto a ledge next to the window by grabbing the edge and pulling himself up near it so as to avoid detection. He peered around slightly, it was definetly vampiric scriptures in that book. He had been told to watch out for that book and bring it back as proof of the contract or the man's head. He knew this man had been a devout catholic priest before so this may be difficult as if he was caught, he could be killed. His white clothes stood out somewhat in the night but it was of no matter as if anyone saw him they would think it but an illusion.
Now I see, this man is clearly a huge threat to the Masquerade of Camarilla, so it must have been someone in Camarillan ranks that sent this mission to my superior. This will indeed be a good mission..

Andrea had been also sent on a mission with a guy...she really didn't know who it was, but she was about to find out. Jumping from roof to roof, she spotted a man in white. Landing close towards him, she noticed at he was spying at another man.
White...why white...? she scrached her haed, as she walked over, she stood right beside him as she peered down at the little window.

The door creaked open and a man in a sharp suit walked in. His nature was undeniable and more importantly, blatantly obvious. Apart from the fangs he purposely let peek out from under his top lip, the black eyes were clearly inhuman. A wide smile spread across the almost androdygenous, utterly symmetrical face when those black eyes were laid upon the priest, who shivered when he looked the Fiend over. The irony was delectable. A servant of god was making a pact with a devil. Metaphorically of course, but beggers can't be choosers.
So, Father. I see you have the item we agreed upon?

Altair, peered around looking at the window slightly, he could see another person. He seemed familiar but he couldn't place it. He unholstered his silenced pistol and then got ready to shoot through the glass and kill the priest. At that moment he recognised the man, it was Andrei Tilea.
What on earth is he doing here? Is he after that book as well....Maybe if I kill the man and present it to him I'll gain something...
Altair leaned over slightly and then fired, the bullet breaking a small hole in the glass but had fired silently, it hit the priest in his neck and pierced right through and then a second bullet pierced his head. Altair then ran in and quickly picked up the book from the priest's cold dead grasp. A small smirk came acroos Altair's face as he looked at Andrei.
Well, well, well...we meet again Andrei. You know I've been rodered to destroy this book, as part of a mission, presumably for the Camarilla. Altair said, he knew the man was not a fool, but Altair wanted an offer of what he would get before heanding over this little book.
If you want it...we can discuss a price later, first let's get out of here. Altair said and then turned towards the window and jumped to the opposite rooftop and began running. He jumped over three more rooftops and then awaited Andrei as he thought this would be a sufficient distance away from the crime scene, hell maybe even that other Assamite would get caught for it.

In the few seconds before the priest's untimely demise Andrei was being told a few things about what blasphemous things the book contained. Some such about demons, summoning thereof and communing with spirits. Andrei had little interest in infernalism but communing with spirits, particularly the kind that lived and were often bound to the land really did spark off a world of things in his imagination. Uncle Florin had spoken of an ancient form of magic once practiced by the Tzimisce called Koldunic Sorcery. It was a closely guarded secret and he was currently a pupil of it. In due course Florin promised Andrei to teach him it too, but not until he was proficient in it himself.
I must get that book.
The Fiend's train of thought was brought to an abrupt halt as he heard the shattering of glass, the dull thud of a bullet entering a man's neck and the loud thud of a man falling down dead. Understandably perplexed, Andrei stood there dumbfounded for a moment until a white figure leapt in through the window. As he picked up the tome Andrei wanted he recognised him. The Assamite he'd been after for awhile now, to become a new member of his pack. This would all have to wait however, as he not only had apparantly been the Priest's killer but had the tome in his hands too. Watching him leap away the Fiend ran over to the window, looking out over the street. How was he supposed to follow like that? He simply wasn't able to climb around like that, or hold his balance on such small ledges. He called after Altair as he leapt out of the window to the street below.
I'll be with you in a minute, I have to take a longer route.
The fall took it's toll on the Tzimisce hurting his legs when he landed. He needed to learn how to roll out of falls like that, or he'd be walking around a lot less in the future. Then again, when was he likely to jump out of a 3rd story window again? The blood healed his legs up nicely anyway and he sprinted out down the street. There was scaffolding attached to a nearby building that was easy enough to climb up and after reaching the roof and leaping across to the Assamite Andrei began to find out why he was here.
Let's discuss a price. I want it.

Well....I was hoping your pack could help me. One train me in the ways of Obtenebration and secondly give me information about my sire's murderer. In return I give you the book and will also be an ally of your pack. Also could you please create some sort of distraction for me? I need to get proof of that man's death otherwise I'll have to give the book to my superior for burning. Altair said, this was the perfect chance to make a small pact with this vampire. It would serve them both as he was more skilled than his fellow Assamite in Andrei's pack and he didn't arouse as much suspicion.
Do you agree to my terms? The distraction is an optional one as I can do that by myself. Altair said there standing with the book in his grasp tightly and his hand still on the pistol just in case. As he could already tell this man wasn't exactly the best for physcial combat and on a narrow roof like this, he woudln't have much choice.

Andrea sighed in releif for she hadn't been caught yet. Taking a dagger out, she aimed at the man. One wrong more for the man, and he would be dead.
Heh, go on! Make a move... she taunted in her mind smirking at the man.

Andrei thought through the offer. The Assamite had worked well for him before, there was no doubting his abilities in that department. However, it was unusual for one of the Assassins to try and barter for something. Perhaps Altair was one of the rarer Assamites with an independant streak running through him. Andrei would have to be careful here. Using his heightened senses he ensured he would be aware of Altair's movements, knowing he would likely come off the worse in a fight. He was unarmed and not trained to kill as an Assamite was.
I don't have much choice here really.
Very well, go and collect his head. I'll wait here for now, it would take far too long for me to climb back down again...

Alright, but I shall hold on to the book for now. Can't have you running off yet.. Altair said jumping over the edge of the rooftop and landing on another one. He turned to face this girl whoch had followed them from the scene of the assassination, needless to say, if she continued to be a nuiscance she would have to be dealt with. He walked over to her.
If your thinking of attacking that man...don't. Your not nearly strong enough to take him and then the fact we are Assamites...we kill for contracts, not for random bloodshed. Altair said, he well knew that if she attacked the man she would die and if she attacked him, well he'd have to report the death of a fellow Assamite due to stupidity.
He leapt over to the last rooftop before the window where the corpse lay. There were men moving to the room but he knew a way to deal with that. He pulled out his pistol and quickly aimed for where he thought the fuel tank was on the police car, the bullet hit it causing a small explosion and a large fire. He heard the footsteps running down to it as he jumped into the window and cut off one of the man's hands. He put it in a small sack which he had brought to carry the proof of the priests death unhindered.
He turned around and jamp back to the Tzimisce. He then sighed and threw the man the book.
There's your book, I have my proof and I can report that I destroyed that book in a fire nearby which I caused when killing the man. Altair said and then walked closer to the man.
And where shall we meet for the training, after all, being seen with you will be my death. And there is another Assamite around here even.. Altair whispered so only Andrei would hear, this was a delicate matter that would have to be dealt with carefully.

Andrei bowed his head slightly at Altair's words and watched him jump away. The Tzimisce's heightened senses allowed him to hear the full warning the male Assamite gave to the female. Apparantly she wasn't as senior as he was, but then Andrei knew little of the Assamite's power structure. Although he hid it, he was greatly worried about the possibility of the Assamite leaving him there and exiting with the book. It was an irrational fear but nontheless, Andrei craved the book enough to worry so. He kept a close eye on all the events that were unfolding; the police arriving, Altair severing the late Priest's hand and even the explosion which hurt his eyes and ears. After recovering from the momentary but sharp sensory pain he looked up to see Altair landing next to him. With great satisfaction he took the book, a huge weight being lifted from his shoulders. He whispered back to Altair.
The girl could be useful to us, she could be a worthy ally.
